Sync Cozi Calendar with Cozyla Calendar

Cozi Calendar uses one-way sync with Cozyla Calendar. Events from your subscribed Cozi Calendar can appear in Cozyla Calendar, but changes made in Cozyla Calendar do not sync back to Cozi.
You can subscribe to your Cozi Calendar in Cozyla Calendar so your Cozi events appear on your Cozyla device.

 

Connect Cozi Calendar

  1. Tap Settings in the upper-right corner.
  2. Tap Calendars.
  3. In the member section where you want to add the calendar, tap Add.
  4. Tap Cozi.
  5. Go to Cozi Web and sign in to your Cozi account.
  6. Find Shared Cozi Calendar.
  7. Select the calendar list you want to sync.
  8. Tap View or Send Cozi URL.
  9. Tap Copy Cozi URL.
  10. Return to the Connect Cozi Calendar page on your Cozyla device.
  11. Paste the copied Cozi URL.
  12. Enter a name for your Cozi Calendar so it's easy to identify.
  13. Tap Subscribe to finish.
 

Manage a Connected Cozi Calendar

After connecting Cozi Calendar, you can remove the connected calendar or reassign it to another member profile.
  1. Tap the arrow next to the member avatar.
  2. Review the connected calendars listed under that member.
  3. Tap the ... menu next to the Cozi Calendar.
  4. Choose whether to:
    1. Remove the calendar.
    2. Reassign the calendar to another member profile.

Show or Hide Cozi Calendar Events

Each connected calendar has a checkbox.
  • Checked — Events from that calendar appear in Cozyla Calendar.
  • Unchecked — Events from that calendar are hidden.
If some Cozi Calendar events appear to be missing, confirm that the Cozi Calendar is checked.
 

Troubleshooting

Cozi Calendar Events Are Missing

If Cozi Calendar events do not appear in Cozyla Calendar:
  1. Confirm your Cozyla device is connected to the internet.
  2. Go to Settings > Calendars.
  3. Confirm the Cozi Calendar is still connected.
  4. Confirm the Cozi Calendar checkbox is selected.
  5. Confirm the calendar is assigned to the correct member profile.
  6. Confirm the Cozi URL was copied correctly.
  7. Wait a few minutes for the calendar to refresh.

Cozi Calendar Does Not Update

If your Cozi Calendar does not update:
  1. Confirm the Cozi calendar URL is still valid.
  2. Confirm the calendar is still shared from your Cozi account.
  3. Remove the Cozi Calendar from Cozyla Calendar.
  4. Copy the Cozi URL again from Cozi.
  5. Subscribe to the Cozi Calendar again in Cozyla Calendar.

Changes Made in Cozyla Calendar Do Not Appear in Cozi

This is expected.
 
Cozi Calendar uses one-way sync. Changes made in Cozyla Calendar cannot sync back to Cozi.
To make changes to a Cozi event, manage the event in Cozi.
 

Expected Result

After setup:
  • Your subscribed Cozi Calendar is connected to Cozyla Calendar.
  • Events from the Cozi Calendar can appear on your Cozyla device.
  • You can show or hide the subscribed calendar.
  • Changes made in Cozyla Calendar do not sync back to Cozi.

  • Your Cozyla device serial number (SN)
  • Your Cozyla ID
  • The Cozi account or calendar name involved
  • Whether no events sync or only some events are missing
  • A screenshot or short video of the issue
  • Any error message shown during setup
