What to Check First
When you save the event, Cozyla will also add it to the selected third-party calendar.Cozyla Calendar now supports two-way sync with Google, Apple Calendar, Outlook and CalDAV calendars.
Add the event to a synced third-party calendar
If you’ve already connected a third-party calendar (Google, Apple, etc.) to a family profile in Manage calendars, you can create the event directly in that external calendar:
- Tap the Calendar tab in the Navigation Bar at the bottom of the screen.
- Tap the + button to create a new event.
- In the Profile section, select the family member for the event.
- If a third-party calendar is connected to that profile, tap the dropdown arrow below the member's avatar.
- Select the third-party calendar where you want to save the event.
Important: Selecting the third-party calendar is required if you want the event to sync back to Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or another connected calendar.
- Complete the remaining event details.
- Tap Done to save the event.
Troubleshooting
If the event does not appear in your third-party calendar:
- Confirm the correct third-party calendar was selected before saving the event.
- Allow a few minutes for synchronization to complete.
- Refresh the connected calendar if necessary.
If the issue continues, contact Cozyla Support and include:
- Your Cozyla device serial number (SN)
- Your Cozyla ID
- A brief description of the issue.
- The approximate time the issue occurred.
- A screenshot or short video of the issue, if available.
