Sync Cozi Calendar with Cozyla Calendar

Connect your Cozi Calendar to Cozyla Calendar by subscribing to your shared Cozi Calendar URL. After setup, events from your Cozi Calendar will appear in Cozyla Calendar automatically.
 

Note: Cozi Calendar supports one-way synchronization. Changes made in Cozyla Calendar do not sync back to Cozi.

Before You Begin

Before connecting your Cozi Calendar:
  • Make sure your Cozyla Calendar Neo is connected to the internet.
  • Sign in to your Cozi account.
  • Ensure your Cozi Calendar has sharing enabled so you can access the shared calendar URL.

Connect a Cozi Calendar

  1. Tap Settings in the upper-right corner.
  2. Select Calendar.
  3. Tap Calendars.
  4. In the member section where you want to add the calendar, tap Add.
  5. Tap Cozi.
  6. Go to Cozi Web and sign in to your Cozi account.
  7. Scroll down to Shared Cozi Calendar.
  8. Select the calendar you want to connect.
  9. Tap View or Send Cozi URL.
  10. Tap Copy Cozi URL.
  11. Return to the Connect Cozi Calendar screen on your Cozyla device.
  12. Paste the copied URL into the Cozi URL field.
  13. Enter a name for the calendar so it is easy to identify.
  14. Tap Subscribe.
 

Manage Connected Cozi Calendars

After connecting your Cozi Calendar, you can remove it or assign it to a different family member.
  1. Tap the arrow next to the member avatar.
  2. Review the connected calendars.
  3. Tap the ⋯ menu next to the Cozi Calendar.
  4. Choose one of the following:
    1. Remove the calendar.
    2. Reassign the calendar to another family profile.
 

Show or Hide Cozi Calendar Events

Each connected calendar includes a checkbox.
  • Checked – Events from that calendar appear in Cozyla Calendar.
  • Unchecked – Events from that calendar are hidden.
If Cozi Calendar events appear to be missing, verify that the calendar remains checked.

Important Information About Reassigning Third-Party Calendars

Third-party calendars can be connected to only one member profile at a time.
If you reassign an event from one member to another:
  • The event syncs to the new member's connected calendar if a sync target has been selected.
  • The event is removed from the original connected calendar.
To avoid unexpected syncing behavior:
  • Add a Profile directly to the event instead of reassigning it to another member.
  • Or create a dedicated Family Profile specifically for connecting third-party calendars.
 

Troubleshooting

If your Cozi Calendar is not updating:
  • Confirm the Cozi URL was copied correctly.
  • Verify the shared Cozi Calendar is still available in your Cozi account.
  • Refresh your calendars or wait a few minutes for synchronization.
  • If necessary, manually sync your calendars from Settings > Calendars > Sync.
If the issue continues, contact Cozyla Support and include:
  • Your Cozyla device serial number (SN)
  • Your Cozyla ID
  • A brief description of the issue.
  • The approximate time the issue occurred.
  • A screenshot or short video of the issue, if available.
