Use this guide to set up the feature or device described below.
Before You Begin
- Make sure you have access to the relevant Cozyla device, app, or account described in this article.
- Confirm the device is connected to the internet if the steps require syncing, app access, or account setup.
- Use the latest available Cozyla app or device software when possible.
Steps
Different Purpose
- Remote gifting (Send directly to recipients from Cozyla)
- Hands-on gifting (Sender delivers the gift to recipients personally)
- With gift code/audio (I am the recipient)
Hands-on gifting
You are sending it directly to the recipients by yourself. Follow the following steps to set up your Cozyla frame.
- Download and Sign In: Download the Cozyla app and create your Cozyla account.
- Frame Setup Page: Once you've signed in, you'll be on the Frame setup page.
- Select 'For Family or Friends': On the setup page, choose the option "For family or friends."
- Choose Hands-on Gift Setup: Click on "Hands-on gift setup" to proceed.
- Choose a Pairing Method:

Bluetooth Pairing:
- Tap "Turn on Bluetooth" in the app and grant Bluetooth (and location for Android) permissions.
- Make sure the number on the app matches the one on your frame's display and tap "Pair."

Code Pairing:
- Tap "Pair frame with code" at the bottom of the app screen.
- Enter the activation code shown in the app on your frame's screen (where it says "Enter (gift) code").
- Wi-Fi Setup: Follow the app's instructions to connect your frame to your Wi-Fi network.
- From & To: Enter the gifter's and recipient's names to personalize the gift's origin.

Done & Ready to Share:
- Your frame is ready! Share the preset gift content by clicking "Share gift code & audio" or "Close" to share it later.
- For Further Customization: Click "Edit" on the Gift page to make changes or invite others to contribute.
