Use this guide to set up the feature or device described below.
Before You Begin
- Make sure you have access to the relevant Cozyla device, app, or account described in this article.
- Confirm the device is connected to the internet if the steps require syncing, app access, or account setup.
- Use the latest available Cozyla app or device software when possible.
Steps
Different Purpose
- Remote gifting (Send directly to recipients from Cozyla)
- Hands-on gifting (Sender delivers the gift to recipients personally)
- With gift code/audio (I am the recipient)
With gift code/audio
You are the gift recipients. Follow the following steps to set up your Cozyla frame.
- Download and Sign In: Download the Cozyla app and create your Cozyla account.
- Frame Setup Page: Once you've signed in, you'll be on the Frame setup page.
- Power on Your Frame: Follow the on-screen instructions to turn on your frame. Wait for the setup page to appear.
- Select 'I have a gift code': After setup is complete, open the app and select 'I have a gift code' to enter your code and follow the instructions.
- Play audio or enter code: To activate your frame, you can either play the gift activation audio on this page or enter the gift code at "Enter code." Follow the on-screen instructions to complete setup.

Frame already activated: If your frame is already activated, simply follow the on-screen instructions.
- Download and sign up for the Cozyla app.
- On the app's frame setup page, click "I have a gift code."
- Enter your gift code and follow the on-screen instructions to complete setup.
