Use this guide to complete the steps below.
- Make sure you have access to the relevant Cozyla device, app, or account described in this article.
- Confirm the device is connected to the internet if the steps require syncing, app access, or account setup.
- Use the latest available Cozyla app or device software when possible.
Steps
To join Cozyla Frame as a member, there are two options.
Scan the frame's QR code to join
- navigate to the app frame setup page, select "Join a frame as a member", and follow the on-screen instructions.
- On the frame itself, go to "Settings." You'll find the QR code on the right side of that screen.
- Scan the code with your app.
Email invitation to Join
- The frame owner needs to go to the frame's home page, click "Invite," then "Invite family or friends," and enter your Cozyla email address.
- You'll receive an invitation email. Accept it to join the frame.
