What This Article Covers
This guide explains how to complete the customer task described in “How to Setup the Screen Saver on Cozyla Calendar+ ?.”
Before You Start
- Make sure your Cozyla device is powered on.
- Make sure your device is connected to Wi-Fi when the task requires online access.
- Make sure you can access any third-party account, app, or service used in this guide.
- If your screen does not match this guide, update the relevant Cozyla app or device software where applicable.
Steps
We are releasing an update for the Cozyla Calendar+ device. New version include Cozyla apps (Cozyla Calendar, Cozyla Meals, Cozyla Tasks, Cozyla Notes) will be available soon, if the first part doesn't match your device, kindly follow this part.
Access Screen Timeout Settings:
- Navigate to Settings.
- Select Display options.
- Tap on Screen timeout.
- Choose the desired time for the screen to go to the screensaver.

Set Up the Screen Saver:
- Navigate to Settings.
- Search for Screen saver options.
- Choose the photo source.
- Set when to start: While charging or While charging or docked.


Set up Screen Saver (New)
- Open Settings.
- Choose Screen Saver.
- Tap Scene/Clock/Local Album/Google Calendar/Google Photos to finish settings.
- Choose the item that you want to set.
- To add calendar widget to screensaver, tap Calendar Widget Mode.
- Select Cozyla Calendar/Google-Compatible Standard/Google-Compatible Simplified/None to finish settings.
Upload pictures to Cozyla device
Method 1: Email
- On the device you want to upload pictures from (e.g., phone, PC), attach the pictures to an email draft.
- Save the draft or send it to yourself.
- Sign in to the same email account on Cozyla device.
- Find the draft and download the pictures.
Method 2: Google Photos
Note: This method is not available on the Cozyla Calendar+SE model. Videos from Google Photos cannot be set directly as screensavers; you need to download them to the device first and then select them from the local album.
- Sign in to your Google Photos on Cozyla device.
- Select pictures/videos you want to display and download.
Method 3: iCloud website
- Tap App Library.
- Launch Chrome browser.
- Go to the iCloud website and sign in to your account.
- Select pictures/videos and download.
Method 4: Bluetooth
- Turn on Bluetooth on both your Cozyla device and your cell phone, then pair them.
- On your cell phone, open gallery, select the photos you want to upload to Cozyla device.
- Tap send/share, select Bkuetooth. You may need confirmation.
- Tap Accept.
Method 5: USB thumb drive
- Insert your USB flash drive into the Cozyla device.
- Open the Google Files app (or Files) on the device.
- Locate and select your USB drive from the storage list.
- Open it, then select and download the pictures you need.
Troubleshooting
- Confirm your device is connected to Wi-Fi.
- Restart the app or device if the screen does not respond as expected.
- Update the relevant Cozyla app or device software if your screen does not match this guide.

- Your Cozyla device model.
- The app or feature you were using.
- The email address or account type involved, if relevant.
- A brief description of what happened and what you expected to happen.
- A photo, screenshot, or short video of the issue if it is safe and relevant.
