How Parental Lock Works
After you save or update Parental Lock settings:
- The first time someone opens a restricted app or feature, the device will ask for the PIN.
- After entering the correct PIN, access will be allowed temporarily.
- By default, the PIN stays active for 1 minute.
- You can change the PIN validity period between 1 and 10 minutes.
- After the validity period expires, the PIN will be required again for protected content.
This helps prevent repeated PIN entry while still protecting restricted features.
Forgot Your PIN?
If you forget your PIN:
- Tap Forgot on the PIN screen.
- A verification code will be sent to the email address used for your Cozyla ID.
If you do not receive the email, contact Cozyla Support:
