How to set up your Cozyla Calendar+ Go

Welcome — this article will walk you through the setup process step by step. 

You’ll learn how to connect to Wi-Fi, install Cozyla Apps, register your Cozyla ID, add family members, and pair the mobile app so your device is ready to use.

Use this guide to set up the feature or device described below. 
 

Before You Begin

  • Make sure you have access to the relevant Cozyla device, app, or account described in this article.
  • Confirm the device is connected to the internet if the steps require syncing, app access, or account setup.
  • Use the latest available Cozyla app or device software when possible.

Steps

Connect to Wi-Fi

Start with network setup. Use the standard online connection to enable full features and automatic updates, or choose the offline setup to finish initial configuration faster. You can connect to Wi-Fi anytime via Settings > Network & internet.

Standard online connection

  1. Select your Wi-Fi network → enter the password → tap Connect.
  2. Setup may take a few minutes.
  3. Cozyla supports Google services — you can sign in now or sign in later.
  4. When the welcome screens appear, tap Let’s go.
  5. When asked to pair the Bluetooth remote, tap Start searching to discover to pair, or tap Skip to continue without pairing.

Skip waiting — set up offline

  1. Tap Set up offline → Continue.
  2. On the time page, set date & time → tap Next.
  3. To enable Google services later, tap Accept when prompted.
  4. Optionally set a PIN now, or skip it.
  5. On the welcome page tap Let’s go → review four info pages → tap Done.
  6. When asked to pair the Bluetooth remote, tap Start searching to discover or Skip.
As we have 2 different versions of the welcome page:
For version 1, you need to set up Nova Launcher on your device first, then perform a system upgrade to use our launcher - Cozyla UI .
As for version 2, you are already on our launcher.
Version 1:
  1. Choose your preferred orientation → tap Confirm.
  2. Tap Okay, I’m ready.
  3. When a confirmation window appears, tap OK.
  4. Tap Next to continue.
  5. When prompted, tap Okay, I’m ready again.
  6. Choose Nova Launcher to finish dashboard setup.
  7. Setup is complete — your device is ready.

Install Cozyla Apps

  • This installer is intended for Cozyla Calendar+ and Cozyla Calendar+ GO users.
  • Important: This upgrade package is intended for Android 13 devices. Non-Cozyla Calendar models are not compatible.

How to Download the Cozyla Updater

  1. Open the App Library.
  2. Open Help & Support.
  3. Open the article How to set up your Cozyla Calendar+ GO.
  4. Download the Cozyla Updater from the link in here: Cozyla Updater.
  5. If your browser prompts you to allow installation from unknown sources, please grant permission to proceed.
  6. After download finishes, open the Files app (App drawer) → Downloads.
  7. Tap CzlAppStore.apk (or the provided APK) to install the updater.
  8. When installation finishes, open the Updater app from the App drawer.
  9. Tap Upgrade All to install the Cozyla app pack, which includes:
    • Cozyla Calendar
    • Cozyla Meals
    • Cozyla Tasks
    • Cozyla Notes
    • Cozyla ID
    • Cozyla AI
    • Cozyla Widget
    • Cozyla UI
  10. After installation completes, the new apps will appear in your app drawer.

If the install is blocked: recheck the “install unknown apps” setting for the browser or Files app and try again.
Pairing with the mobile app gives the best experience:
  1. Scan the QR code shown on the device below the updater App, or search Cozyla+ in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store (download the official app).
  2. You can also scan the QR code from here：

Register a Cozyla ID

Registering enables full features and device sync. If you skipped registration during setup, do it from any Cozyla app:
  1. Open any Cozyla app and follow the welcome pages to the Cozyla ID screen → Continue.
  2. Enter the email you want to use → Continue.
  3. Verify your email, then create a password that meets all of the following:
    1. At least one letter
    2. At least one number (0–9)
    3. Minimum 8 characters
  4. When requirements are met, three blue checkmarks appear. Tap Sign up.

Set Up Profile & Family Members

  1. Tap your name in the username field → choose role and gender → tap Next if no changes.
  2. To set/change avatar: tap the small plus/cancel icon on the avatar → pick a photo from your device → choose a color if prompted → tap Finish.
  3. To add family members: tap the gray + and repeat the steps for each person. Edit a member by tapping the pencil icon (change avatar, name, role, gender). Tap Save when done, then Done when all members are added.
