What This Article Covers
This guide explains how to complete the customer task described in “Dashboard Settings.”
Before You Start
- Make sure your Cozyla device is powered on.
- Make sure your device is connected to Wi-Fi when the task requires online access.
- Make sure you can access any third-party account, app, or service used in this guide.
- If your screen does not match this guide, update the relevant Cozyla app or device software where applicable.
Steps
Add a widget
- Tap and hold the blank area until the settings menu of launcher appears below.
- Click "Add Widget" at the top-right corner of the pop-up that appears below.
- Choose a widget that you want to show on this page.
- Tap and hold any area of the widget and drag it to another position.
- Tap one of the dots on the edge to change its size.
Add a application icon
Method 1:
- Tap and hold the blank area until the settings menu of launcher appears below.
- Tap "Add App" at the top-left corner of the pop-up below to select the app you want on the page.
- Drag the app icon to the position that you want.
Method 2:
- Slide from center to top on screen to evoke the app drawer.
- Tap and hold the app icon until "Add To Homescreen" appears, click "Add To Homescreen".
Add a Folder and add applications into it
- Tap and hold the blank area until the settings menu of launcher appears below.
- Click "Add Folder".
- Tap and hold the folder where you want to add applications.
- Click "Select Apps" and choose apps that you want to add.
Drag widget/icon/folder to next page
- Tap and hold the widget/icon/folder until the settings window appears.
- Drag it onto the edge of the screen until it moves to the next page.
Delete widget/icon/folder/template on your dashboard
- Tap and hold widget/icon/folder.
- Click "Remove" to remove widget, icon and folder.
- Tap and hold the blank area until the settings menu of launcher appears below.
- Tap "Edit Pages".
- Tap the delete mark to delete the template you don't need.
Troubleshooting
- Confirm your device is connected to Wi-Fi.
- Restart the app or device if the screen does not respond as expected.
- Update the relevant Cozyla app or device software if your screen does not match this guide.
