Use the Rewards Page to redeem available rewards and manage reward activity.
Redeem a Reward
Rewards are displayed under each family member's profile.
To redeem an available reward:
- Find the reward you want to redeem.
- Tap Redeem next to the reward.
If the reward requires approval, the redemption request appears under Pending Approval until it is approved.
Manage Rewards
- Open the Rewards Page.
- Tap Manage in the upper-right corner.
Rewards may appear under different statuses.
Pending Approval
Rewards that require approval appear under Pending Approval after a redemption request is submitted.
Available
Rewards that are active and available to redeem appear under Available.
Redeemed
After a reward has been approved and completed, tap Done to move it to the Redeemed section.
Undo or Correct a Reward Action
You can undo a redemption or undo an approval if you need to correct an action.
Changes are easiest to correct before the reward is marked as Done.
Edit a Reward
- Tap the reward you want to edit.

Update the available details, such as:
- Reward name
- Icon
- Required stars
- Eligible family members
- Approval settings
- Tap Done to save your changes.
Need More Help?
If you cannot redeem or manage a reward, contact Cozyla Support and include:
- Your Cozyla device serial number (SN)
- Your Cozyla ID
- The reward affected
- Which action you were trying to complete
- A screenshot or short video of the issue, if available
- Any error message shown on the device
