You can manually add or deduct stars from a family member's star balance.
Adjust Stars
- Open the Rewards Page.
- Tap Adjust Stars in the upper-right corner.
- Select the member profile or profiles.
- Enter the number of stars you want to add or deduct.
- Optionally enter a reason for the adjustment.
- Tap Done to save your changes.

If the star balance still does not update correctly, contact Cozyla Support and include:
- Your Cozyla device serial number (SN)
- Your Cozyla ID
- The family member profile affected
- The number of stars you tried to add or deduct
- A screenshot or short video of the issue, if available
