Customize Tasks to fit the way your family uses it. You can adjust sound effects, overdue chore settings, Cozyla Agent access, the first day of the week, and reminder notifications.
Open Tasks Settings
- Open Tasks.
- Tap Settings in the upper-right corner.
- Update the settings you want to change.
Sound Effects
Turn Enable Sound Effects on or off depending on whether you want Tasks to play sound effects.
Overdue Chores
Turn on Allow Overdue Chores if you want family members to be able to complete chores after they become overdue.
Turn it off if you do not want overdue chores to be completed.
Cozyla Agent
Use the Cozyla Agent setting to turn access to Cozyla Agent on or off in Tasks.
- When Cozyla Agent is on, tap the Cozyla Agent shortcut icon to open it.
- When Cozyla Agent is off, the shortcut icon still appears. If you tap it, you'll see:
To use Cozyla Agent again, return to Tasks Settings and turn the setting back on.
First Day of the Week
Choose which day you want your week to start on:
- Monday
- Sunday
Strong Reminder
Use the Strong Reminder settings to manage reminder notifications and sounds.
Show Notifications
Turn Show Notifications on to receive reminder notifications.
Turn it off if you do not want reminder notifications to appear.
Notification Sound
Turn Notification Sound on if you want reminder notifications to play a sound.
Turn it off if you prefer silent notifications.
Reminder Ringtone
Tap Reminder Ringtone to choose reminder sounds for individual family members.
You can set a different reminder ringtone for each family member's scheduled activities.
