Rewards help motivate family members to complete chores and routines by allowing them to redeem earned stars.
Before You Start
Make sure:
- Your Calendar Neo device is set up.
- Family members have been added.
- Star rewards are enabled in your Tasks system.
- You have a Calendar Essential subscription.
Add a Reward
- Tap the black + icon in the bottom-right corner.
- Select Add Reward.
- Enter a reward name.
- Choose an icon (any image can be used).
- Set the number of stars required to redeem the reward.
- Choose who can redeem the reward.
- Configure additional settings if needed.
- Tap Done to save the reward.
Reward Settings
Renewable
- When enabled, the reward can be redeemed multiple times.
Approval
- When enabled, parental approval is required before the reward can be redeemed.
Troubleshooting
Reward Does Not Appear
- Confirm the reward was saved successfully by tapping Done.
- Check if you are viewing the correct family profile.
Cannot Redeem Reward
- Verify sufficient stars have been earned.
- Check if Approval is enabled and waiting for parental confirmation.
Subscription Message Appears
- Confirm that the Calendar Essential subscription is active.
If the issue continues, contact Cozyla Support and include:
- Your Cozyla device serial number (SN)
- Your Cozyla ID
- A brief description of the issue
- A screenshot or short video, if available
