Rewards Page Overview

Plan Requirement: Calendar Essential subscription required
The Rewards page lets you view, manage, and redeem rewards for each family member. You can also browse reward ideas, adjust star balances, and manage reward requests.
 

View Rewards by Family Member

Rewards are grouped under each family member's profile.
Each profile displays:
  • Member avatar
  • Member name
  • Total stars earned
  • Available rewards
Tap Redeem next to an available reward to redeem it.

Filter Rewards

To view rewards for specific family members:
  1. Tap the Filter icon in the upper-right corner.
  2. Select one or more family members.
Only rewards for the selected members will be displayed.

Manage Rewards

To review or manage rewards:
  1. Tap Manage in the upper-right corner.

Reward Statuses

Rewards can appear in one of the following statuses:

Pending Approval

Rewards that require approval remain here until approved.

Available

Rewards that are active and ready to be redeemed.

Redeemed

After a reward has been approved and completed, tap Done to move it to the Redeemed section.

Undo Reward Actions

If needed, you can:
  • Undo a redemption
  • Undo an approval
Changes are easiest to make before the reward has been marked as Done.

Edit a Reward

To edit an existing reward:
  1. Open the Rewards list.
  2. Tap the reward you want to edit.
  3. Update the reward details, such as:
    1. Reward name
    2. Icon
    3. Required stars
    4. Eligible family members
    5. Approval settings
  4. Tap Done to save your changes.
 

Explore Reward Ideas

Browse ready-made reward templates from the Experience page.
To create a reward from a template:
  1. Tap Explore Ideas in the upper-right corner.
  2. Browse the available reward templates.
  3. Tap the + icon next to a template.
  4. Customize the reward as needed.
  5. Tap Done to save it.
Some templates include suggested star values.
 

Gift Shop

The Gift Shop provides ideas for physical rewards.
You can:
  • Tap Amazon to scan the QR code with your phone or open the webpage directly.
  • Browse recommended products.
  • Tap the + icon to create your own custom physical reward.
 

Adjust Stars

You can manually add or deduct stars for family members.
To adjust stars:
  1. Tap Adjust Stars in the upper-right corner.
  2. Select one or more family members.
  3. Enter the number of stars to add or deduct.
  4. (Optional) Enter a reason for the adjustment.
  5. Tap Done.
