Before You Begin
- Make sure you have access to the relevant Cozyla device, app, or account described in this article.
- Confirm the device is connected to the internet if the steps require syncing, app access, or account setup.
- Use the latest available Cozyla app or device software when possible.
Steps
After purchasing a Product Protection Plan, you will receive a confirmation email from Xcotton. Should you need to report a claim, please visit the “Xcotton Resolution Center”.
Type the email and Product Protection ID
Select Claim Reason "Electrical or Mechanical Failure" or "Accidental Damage"
If you choose “Electrical or mechanical failure “, please proceed as below:
1)Choose the product with failure.
2)Provide supporting documents to show the item failure
3)Select your preferred compensation method
4)Submit the claim
If you choose “Accidental damage“, please proceed as below:
