Use this guide to check the most common causes and next steps for this issue.
What to Check First
- Open Settings on the top right corner.
- Tap "Add" next to the avatar.
- Select Cozi Calendar.
- Exit to the homepage and open the browser.
- In this example, we’ll show how to add a third-party calendar using Cozi Calendar.
- Go to the Cozi website and log in to your account.
- Open Settings.
- Scroll down to find the Shared Cozi Calendars (this will be provided by third-party calendars that support the sync protocol).
- Tap Copy Cozi URL to copy the CalDAV URL to your clipboard.
- Exit browser and open Cozyla Calendar.
- In the URL field, paste the copied CalDAV URL (it will appear above the keyboard; tap to paste).
- Enter your Calendar Name.
- Tap Connect.
- After syncing, your events will be successfully added
