What to Check First
- Tap "Settings" in the top-right corner.
- Tap "Add" next to the avatar.
- Select "Outlook Calendar", then tap "connect"
- Log into your Outlook account on the Microsoft sign-in page.
- Once logged in, you’ll be automatically returned to Cozyla Calendar.
- Choose the calendar group you want to sync.
- Tap Confirm.
- After the sync refreshes, your events will sync successfully.

Contact Cozyla Support and include your SN, Cozyla ID, the feature or account type involved, and screenshots or a short video of the issue when available.
