This guide explains how to complete the customer task described in “Get started.”
Before You Start
- Make sure your Cozyla device is powered on.
- Make sure your device is connected to Wi-Fi when the task requires online access.
- Make sure you can access any third-party account, app, or service used in this guide.
- If your screen does not match this guide, update the relevant Cozyla app or device software where applicable.
Steps
Get start with mobile app! After installing the Cozyla+ mobile app, sign in with your cozyla Id to begin your cozyla+ app journey!
Add family members
- Tap the profile icon in the top left corner.
- Tap "Settings" in the top right corner.
- Select "Cozyla Id".
- Select "family members" under Cozyla Id.
- You can edit existing family members' information or add new family members.
Switch members
- Tap profile icon in the left top corner.
- Switch profile by choosing an avatar.
- You can also edit profiles by tapping "Edit Profiles".
Change password and email address in Cozyla+ mobile app.
- Tap the profile icon in the top left corner.
- Tap "settings" icon in the top right corner.
- Tap "Cozyla Id".

Select "change password" or "change email address".
- For change email address, we provide a new choice, you can choose to have a verification code sent to the new email address you’d like to use.
- A verification code will be senr to the email address you select.
- Enter the verification code, then provide your new password or email address.
Notification center
- Tap the bell icon in the top right corner.
- You can choose which apps you want to receive notifications from.
Troubleshooting
- Confirm your device is connected to Wi-Fi.
- Restart the app or device if the screen does not respond as expected.
- Update the relevant Cozyla app or device software if your screen does not match this guide.
Contact Cozyla Support
If the issue continues, contact Cozyla Support and include:
- Your Cozyla SN.
- The app or feature you were using.
- The email address or account type involved, if relevant.
- A brief description of what happened and what you expected to happen.
- A photo, screenshot, or short video of the issue if it is safe and relevant.
