Steps
In this article, we will introduce how to download the correct Cozyla Updater app based on the serial number.
To download Cozyla Updater, you will need to find your Serial Number (SN). You can find it in two ways:
- On the back of your device.
- Go to Settings > About Device. Under "Device details," you will see the Serial Number. If it's not listed there, tap on Model, and the Serial Number will be displayed.
Once you find your SN:
- If your SN starts with E, then download Cozyla Updater here: Cozyla Updater
- If your SN starts with N or K, download Cozyla updater here: Cozyla Updater
Step by step download Cozyla Updater
- Open the App Library.
- Open Help & Support.
- Open the article Cozyla Updater.
- Download the Cozyla Updater from the above link.
- If your browser prompts you to allow installation from unknown sources, please grant permission to proceed.
- After download finishes, open the Files app (App drawer) → Downloads.
- Tap CzlAppStore.apk (or the provided APK) to install the updater.
- When installation finishes, open the Updater app from the App drawer.

Troubleshooting
- Confirm your device is connected to Wi-Fi.
