Routine·Chores Page Overview

The Chores and Routines pages help families manage recurring household activities, schedules, assignments, and rewards.
 
You can view, edit, reorder, and manage chores and routines directly from these pages.
 

Open the Chores or Routines Page

 
  1. Open the Routine·Chores page on your Cozyla device.
  2. Review the current list of chores or routines assigned to family members.
 

Manage Chores and Routines

 
To manage chores or routines:
  1. Open the Routine·Chores page.
  2. Tap Manage in the top-right corner.
 

View Chore or Routine Details

 

  1. Navigate to the Manage page.
  2. Tap a chore or routine to open its detail screen.
The detail screen may include information such as:
 
  • Name
  • Assignees
  • Star rewards
  • Schedule
  • Task settings
 

Edit a Chore or Routine

 
  1. Open the chore or routine detail screen.
  2. Tap Edit.
  3. Update the settings you want to change, such as:
    1. Name
    2. Assignees
    3. Stars
    4. Schedule
  4. Tap Done to save your changes.

Delete a Chore or Routine

 
  1. Open the chore or routine detail screen.
  2. Tap Edit.
  3. Select Delete.
  4. Confirm the deletion if prompted.
 

Reorder Chores

 
You can rearrange chores to customize the display order.
 
  1. Open the Chores page.
  2. In the Chore All section, locate the six-dot drag handle next to a chore.
  3. Press and hold the six-dot icon.
  4. Drag and drop the chore into the desired position.
  5. Release to save the new order automatically.
 

Reorder Routines

 
You can also rearrange routines.
 
  1. Open the Routines page.
  2. Locate the six-dot drag handle next to a routine.
  3. Press and hold the six-dot icon.
  4. Drag and drop the routine into the desired position.
  5. Release to save the new order automatically.

Expected Result

 
After managing chores or routines:
 
  • Updated chore or routine details should be saved
  • Deleted items should be removed
  • Reordered chores and routines should appear in the new order
  • Assigned family members should see updated tasks and schedules where applicable
 

Troubleshooting

 

Changes Are Not Saving

 
If edits do not save:
 
  1. Confirm you tapped Done after editing.
  2. Confirm your device is connected to the internet.
  3. Reopen the chore or routine and try again.

Unable to Reorder Chores or Routines

 
If drag-and-drop does not work:
 
  1. Confirm you are pressing and holding the six-dot icon.
  2. Try dragging the item more slowly.
  3. Restart the page and try again.

Deleted Chores Still Appear

 
If deleted chores or routines still appear:
 
  1. Refresh the page.
  2. Wait a few moments for updates to sync.
  3. Restart the device if needed.
