Set Up Your Screen Saver

Subscription Requirements

  • Scene and Clock are available to all users.
  • Cozyla Photos requires a Calendar Essential subscription.
  • Art Gallery requires a Calendar Super subscription.
You can personalize your Calendar Neo by choosing a screen saver source and configuring the optional calendar widget.

Set Up a Screen Saver

  1. Tap Settings in the upper-right corner.
  2. Tap Screen Saver.
  3. Select one of the following screen saver sources:
    1. Scene
    2. Clock
    3. Cozyla Photos
    4. Art Gallery
  4. Choose the content you want to display and complete the setup.
 

Add a Calendar Widget

  1. On the Screen Saver settings page, tap Calendar Widget Mode.
  2. Select one of the following options:
    1. Cozyla Calendar
    2. None
 

Troubleshooting

Cozyla Photos or Art Gallery Is Unavailable

  • Confirm your account has an active subscription.
  • Refresh the settings page and try again.

Screen Saver Does Not Update

  • Verify your new settings were saved.
  • Wait a few moments for the changes to apply.

Contact Cozyla Support

If the issue continues, contact Cozyla Support and include:
  • Your Cozyla device SN.
  • Your Cozyla ID.
  • A brief description of the issue.
  • Screenshots or screen recordings, if available.
