BYOM (Bring Your Own Meeting) allows you to use Calendar Max Go camera and microphone hardware with your personal computer during video conferences.
Enable BYOM
- Tap the BYOM button on Calendar Max Go.

Select your preferred:
- camera
- microphone
Connect Your Computer
You can connect using:
- Cast Adapter
- Windows/macOS App
Method 1 — Cast Adapter
- Plug the cast adapter into Calendar Max Go.
- Connect the adapter to your computer.
- Wait for the indicator light to turn solid.
This indicates a successful connection.
Method 2 — Windows/macOS App
- Install the BYOM-compatible app on your computer.
- Open the application.
- Follow the setup instructions.
- Connect to Calendar Max Go.
Start Your Meeting
- Open your preferred conferencing application.
- Start or join a meeting.
- Select the BYOM camera and microphone if needed.
Expected Result
After setup:
- Your computer should detect the Calendar Max Go camera
- Your microphone should function correctly
- Video conferencing apps should use the selected hardware
Troubleshooting
Camera or Microphone Not Detected
If conferencing apps do not detect devices:
- Reconnect the adapter or app.
- Restart the conferencing application.
- Confirm the correct input devices are selected.
Connection Fails
If the computer cannot connect:
- Retry pairing.
- Confirm Wi-Fi or adapter connection stability.
- Restart Calendar Max Go if needed.
