Rewards Page Overview

Before You Begin

• Make sure you have access to the relevant Cozyla device, app, or account described in this article.
• Confirm the device is connected to the internet if the steps require syncing, app access, or account setup.
• Use the latest available Cozyla app or device software when possible.

Steps

How to create rewards?

Method 1: Create rom Tasks page

1. On the Tasks page, tap black "+" icon in the bottom of the screen.
2. Give the reward a name and choose an icon (any image will do).
3. Specify the number of stars required, choose who can redeem the reward, and configure any other settings.

Method 2: Create from Reward card

1. On the Tasks page, tap the "Reward" card at the top of the page.
2. Tap black "+" icon.
3. Give the reward a name and choose a provided icon or upload a picture you want.
4. Specify the number of stars required, choose who can redeem the reward, and configure any other settings.

Reward status flow (what each status means)

• Pending approval If a reward is set to require Approval, any redemption request by a family member will appear here, waiting for an approver (e.g., a parent) to review it.
• Available Rewards that have been set up and are still available for redemption.
• Redeemed When the reward has been delivered, tap Done to mark it complete. The reward then moves into History.

Undo or correct actions

• You can undo a redeem or undo an approval, but act quickly —The changes are easiest before the item is marked "Done".

Edit a reward

1. Tap a reward from the Rewards list to open its detail screen. Tap "Edit".
2. Edit details: name, icon/pictures, assign stars amount, assignees, can be claimed more than once, whether need approval.
3. Tap "Save" to apply your changes.
