This guide explains how to complete the customer task described in “Register a Cozyla ID.”
Before You Start
- Make sure your Cozyla device is powered on.
- Make sure your device is connected to Wi-Fi when the task requires online access.
- Make sure you can access any third-party account, app, or service used in this guide.
- If your screen does not match this guide, update the relevant Cozyla app or device software where applicable.
Steps
In this article
Create a Cozyla Account
- Tap 'Continue' on the welcome page.
- Input email address and click 'Continue'.
- Create your password, input it again and click 'Sign Up'
- Edit name, choose member role and gender and Click 'Next'.
- Choose one of those default avatars or change avatar by clicking '+' beside the avatar and choose a theme color.
- Tap 'Finish'.
Add family member
1.Tap '+ to bring a family member onboard'.
2.Edit name and choose member role and gender.
3.Click 'Next' to set up the member's avatar.
4.Choose one of those default avatars or change avatar by clicking '+' beside the avatar and choose a theme color.
5.Tap 'Finish'.
Change avatar
1.Tap the pencil icon to edit profile of a family member.
2.Tap 'Change avatar' below the original avatar.
3.Click '+' beside the original avatar.
4.Select the picture that you want to use as an avatar.
5.Choose a theme, go back to the previous page and Click 'Save'.
Troubleshooting
- Confirm your device is connected to Wi-Fi.
- Restart the app or device if the screen does not respond as expected.
- Update the relevant Cozyla app or device software if your screen does not match this guide.

- Your Cozyla SN.
- The app or feature you were using.
- The email address or account type involved, if relevant.
- A brief description of what happened and what you expected to happen.
- A photo, screenshot, or short video of the issue if it is safe and relevant.
