If you purchased an item on Cozyla.com, we’ll adjust the price you paid to a lower price if an eligible Cozyla promotion or sale lowers the price of the item within 14 days of your purchase.

During the Holiday promotion period (Nov 14–Dec 1), we offers a 30-day price adjustment on eligible purchases.

To qualify for a price adjustment, the lower-priced item must be in stock and available on our website and must be exactly the same as the original—meaning the same style, SKU, color, and size.

To request a price adjustment, please have the product details, price, and Cozyla.com website information available for verification. Contact us within 14 days of your Cozyla.com purchase. We’ll verify that the item is eligible for the sale or promotion, and then provide a refund for the price difference.
