This guide walks you through the initial setup process for your Calendar+ 2 device, including:
- Creating your Cozyla ID

Calendar+ 2 Ver.3 Setup
Before You Begin
Before starting setup:
- Make sure your device is powered on
- Have access to a Wi-Fi connection
- Prepare a smartphone or tablet for QR code scanning
- Make sure you can access your email inbox for verification
Register Your Cozyla ID
- Tap Get Started.
- Select your preferred language.
- Tap Next.
- Connect your device to Wi-Fi.
- Scan the QR code using your phone camera to download the Cozyla+ mobile app.
- Open the Cozyla+ mobile app.
- Tap Continue to create your Cozyla ID.
Create Your Cozyla ID
- Enter the email address you want to use.
- Tap Continue.
- Verify your email address.

Create a password that:
- Includes at least one letter
- Includes at least one number (0–9)
- Contains at least 8 characters
Set Up Your Family
Create Your Family
- Enter your family name.
- Tap Next.
- Select your role.
Add Family Members
- Tap the avatar icons to select family members.
- Tap Next to continue.
Choose Family Goals
- Select the challenges or goals that best match your family’s needs.
- Tap Next.
These selections help personalize your Cozyla experience.
Explore Cozyla Features
During setup, you’ll be introduced to Cozyla’s core features, including:
- Chores — Assign and track household tasks
- Routines — Build daily habits for family members
- Calendars — Stay organized with schedules and important dates
- Meal Plans — Plan and organize meals for the week
Activate Your Device
- Scan the QR code shown on the screen.
- Follow the activation steps in the Cozyla+ mobile app.
Once activation is complete, your Calendar+ 2 device will be ready to use.
Troubleshooting
Unable to Connect to Wi-Fi
- Confirm your Wi-Fi password is correct.
- Move the device closer to the router.
- Restart the setup process if needed.
QR Code Does Not Scan
- Increase your phone screen brightness.
- Clean the device screen if needed.
- Try scanning from a different angle or distance.
Verification Email Not Received
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Confirm the email address was entered correctly.
- Wait a few minutes and try again.
Device Activation Fails
- Confirm the Cozyla+ mobile app is installed correctly.
- Confirm your device is connected to Wi-Fi.
- Restart the setup process if needed.
