Use this guide to complete the steps below.
Before You Begin
- Make sure you have access to the relevant Cozyla device, app, or account described in this article.
- Confirm the device is connected to the internet if the steps require syncing, app access, or account setup.
- Use the latest available Cozyla app or device software when possible.
Steps
There are 3 methods to create recipes: manually, by uploading/scanning a picture, or by importing from a URL.
Create recipe manually
- On the Meals page, tap a meal card (breakfast/lunch/dinner/snack) or the "+" icon next to them.
- Select "Create Recipe" card in the top of the page.
- You can add picture (optional), recipe name, ingredients and cooking steps.
Import Recipe
- On the Meals page, tap a meal card (breakfast/lunch/dinner/snack) or the "+" icon next to them.
- Select "Import Recipe" card at the top of the page.
- Paste the recipe URL in the URL box and tap "Import".
- Tap "Add to My Meals".
Scan Recipe
- On the Meals page, On Meals page, tap a meal card (breakfast/lunch/dinner/snack) or the "+" icon next to them.
- Select Scan Recipe card at the top of the page.
- You can upload a recipe picture or take a photo to scan a picture.
- You can modify the scanned information. Tap "Save" on the top right corner.
- The created recipe will appear in My Meals and will also be visible on your Cozyla device.
⁕ If the app doesn't open your photo library automatically when you use scan recipe function, please go to your device Settings > Security & Privacy > Photos and videos > select Cozyla+ >select "Allow All" or "Always Allow".
