- Go to gmail or Google Calendar and sign in.
- Expand the Calendar to the full screen size.
- On the left under “My calendars,” hover over the calendar you want to share.
- Click the three dots next to it and select “Settings and sharing.”
- Scroll to “Share with specific people or groups.”
- Click “Add people and groups,” then enter the email address other Gmail account.
- Choose the permission level:
- See only free/busy
- See all event details
- Make changes to events
- Make changes and manage sharing
- Click Send
- Log into the other gmail account and look for the email invitation to add the calendar.
- Once accepted, the calendar will appear in the list under “Other calendars.”
