1. Tap the widget Meals on the bottom to sign in and login your account.
2.Tap the widget Meals and finish your app settings.
3. You can make daily meals plan through clicking those icons.
4. Add cuisine onto your breakfast/launch/dinner/snack list and click done to save.
5. Tap My Meals to make your own meals.
6. Click the picture or name of cuisine, you will see more details about it, including ingredients, recipe and so on.
7. Tap grocery list, you will get grocery details about your meals plan.
8. Edit items or add item onto what else section.
9. Share list with others through those channels
10. Back to see your daily plan.
11. Tap the cuisine on your list and slide from right to left, you can see the choice of swap and delete.
12. Check your weekly plan.
13. You can see your meals plan on the widget page.
